My first exposure to The Chairman was through one of their food trucks, earlier this year at Maker Faire. Best offerings there. Been meaning to check out their bricks & mortar place since it's relatively close to work, but they've got stiff competition in Little Saigon, not the least of which is from the great Saigon Sandwich, about a block away.

I just wanted a snack, so I got the steamed Pork Belly bun. Next time I'll get more, though this is hard to top.
