Ramps!

RAMPS! First time I've ever seen them in America. First time I've ever bought them cooked with them. Got them at Berkeley Bowl West about an hour ago. Clean and treat them like scallions more or less.

Sauteed with shallots, mushrooms and garlic. 

These I'm gonna chiffonade and sprinkle over the potatoes.
