La Taquiza in Napa

Tried something new at La Taquiza, above: Carne Asada that's as good as any I've ever had.  Below, another Pulpo Taco. Great salsas at this place: habanero, arbol, verde & pico de gallo made right.

We've been to La Taquiza before--we were impressed the first time, even more impressed today. Above you can see two shots of their version of Oyster Tacos, which was a special of the day. Lightly breaded and briefly fried, these oysters were of such high quality they could have served them to us raw.

A couple of shots of what we came for, their Octopus Tacos. Insanely good, cooked over a grill, so there's a nice smoky char on the fish, but cooked perfectly.
