Royal Indian Cuisine Restaurant in Redding, CA

Great new Punjabi style Indian restaurant in Redding, CA definitely worth checking out (we went 5/25/18). Above is their Punjabi Bakra, or Goat Curry, on the bone. This version had a bit more cilantro than usual, a spot on rendition of a classic.

Here's Royal Indian Cuisine's version of Punjabi Lamb, or Lamb Curry, mostly boneless, the curry with a bit more of a Chile Pepper kick than we expected, most welcome with me. Sublime!

Fantastic version of Bhindi Masala, spiced just right, and the okra had that nice green flavor. We can't wait to return.

Plain Paratha.

Basmati rice. Note that this is real Basmati, which has been rinsed well before cooking.
